What is your returns policy?

  • You have 14 days after your delivery date to return the product.

  • Returned items must be received back to us in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached).

  • As a small business we cannot cover return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty when you receive it.

  • You will receive a store credit (as default), however if the item arrives faulty we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.

  • Your store credit will be emailed to the email we have on file and your refund will be returned to the original payment method used.

  • We do not offer returns for gift vouchers.

Where do I return my item?

  • Please email us at info@socialorigin.net to request a return with your full name, reason your returning and images if it’s faulty.

How long does shipping take within Australia?

  • Express shipping within Australia is approx. 1-3 business days

  • Standard shipping within Australia is approx. 3-5 business days

How long does shipping take to the U.S.?

  • Express shipping to the U.S. is approx. 5-7 business days

  • Standard shipping to the U.S. is approx. 10-15 business days
