What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days after your delivery date to return the product.
Returned items must be received back to us in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached).
As a small business we cannot cover return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty when you receive it.
You will receive a store credit (as default), however if the item arrives faulty we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Your store credit will be emailed to the email we have on file and your refund will be returned to the original payment method used.
We do not offer returns for gift vouchers.

Please email us at info@socialorigin.net to request a return with your full name, reason your returning and images if it’s faulty.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Express shipping within Australia is approx. 1-3 business days
Standard shipping within Australia is approx. 3-5 business days
How long does shipping take to the U.S.?
Express shipping to the U.S. is approx. 5-7 business days
Standard shipping to the U.S. is approx. 10-15 business days
